Right Now

I wish I had more moments like this. The house is mostly dark except for the twinkle lights of the Christmas tree. In the background "little drummer boy" is playing and Tobin is repeating the words about a measure behind but in tune. The twins are happily eating the easy dinner I though together. I love that they are too young to complain about having hot dogs, cheese, and corn again. Tobin is equally happy engineering a new track for Thomas and friends.

Did I mention that I was eating? Oh yeah! I have a hot bowl of soup in front of me. Taking slurps after I finish a sentence. The moment is so perfect it even over shadows the fact that Matt called to tell me that he has to work late again tonight. (don't those drug dealers ever take a break? Seriously they need to find balance in their life.) Anyway wanted to share my moment. Praying you find these spirit lifting moments in your night.

Love, Glory

Sounds like a perfect moment! I love that Tobin is singing the little drummer boy, a line behind the song! I love the sounds of kids singing.

Ava took a break from Rocket, Firebird Rescue to say she likes your kississ (Christmas) Tree. She says it is pretty.

How peaceful! Your tree is so beautiful. I'll be waiting to see your little elves :)

I'm so glad you had a few peaceful moments. I love the times when God gives us just what we need when things don't go as planned.

Enjoy the kids tonight, and get a good night's sleep.

And yes, I agree. It's the holidays. You'd think the dealers would want to take a few days off-what's up with that?

Ah Glory, it sounds Glory-ous!

PS The squiggle-letter word verification is pretty darn close to "shopping!" Is that a sign??
