Micro Flash Mob

I get a lot of sympathy from people when they find out that I am raising twins. A lot of pats-on-the-backs and undeserved praise. Truth is that after that blur of the first year, (in which I spent nursing, cat napping, and blindly diapering anything with cheeks) I've really enjoyed parenting in pairs. I often feel sad for Tobin that he doesn't have a very best friend in the house. Don't get me wrong, Phoebs and Jabes are very different. More like roommates that met on Craigslist than twins, but they are such an example of love and unselfish life of devotion. They make me want to be a better friend and wife. Never pitty me, I've got a good gig.

Oh they are so cute!

Boy flash mobs are really the thing right now... although I have to say I think the sentiment is being lost in all the excitement. There is an ad on the radio right now for a flash mob dance to occur in Hillsboro at the Max transit station in 10 days. You have to hurry and sign up! and join the dance practices at the local high school. Seems like not such a "flash" anymore...

Phoebe certainly has gotten a lot of mileage out of that tutu!

Love the dancing. Reminds me of when I used to force Jonathan to do the barn-dance scenes from 7 Brides with me!

Looks like that was one of your many trips to craft stores in the past weeks?!! :)

I say take the praise and those first couple years deserve applause for the rest of your life. That was some hard work.

Can't wait to celebrate Christmas together - 3 different times, yay!
