- I've often been asked why my blog is named, "Glory Laine". My middle name is Laine and it suggests to me quant path, and paths remind me of a journey and I blog to record my personal journey. Then I wanted something spiritual to show that I am on this journey with God's help. I debated between mercy and glory. Mercy lane sounded like a nursing home where people go to die, so Glory Laine it is.

Awww, so cute! Does he play baseball too? I kinda thought on that second video that the first swing was a pretty good baseball swing! : ) He's adorable.

Jenny: How cute is that!!! My boys just tried golf this Summer and they are way older...I'd say Tobin has lots of time to refine his skills. He's got the patience thing going which is the most important skill when beginning golf. (which is why Jenny has never played)

All I can think of is the the rest of this story that only you and I know...you know how we stayed back at the cabin, napping, eating ice cream for lunch, watching that "lifetime-ish" movie and cleaning up 20 minutes before they all got back. Oh, oops hopefully the boys will never read this! Ha!
What a strange 4th of July day that was - but it ended up very traditional and patriotic in the evening.

I'm finding that most people like it..so I really just need to get over myself and stop being such a dork about it :) The Ep should be done in August..late august and that is when finished songs will be posted! yay...It's nice to remember too that there is more to me than just mommy.
Looks, intelligence, athleticism....hey, 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Let's face it, that's in keeping with most of our family (except that dratted Bethy!).
