The best thing about this picture is he didn't even care that I was taking it. He did notice me. He just smiled and said, "hey mom." How I adore four year olds.

The bike helmet is a nice touch! I think I may need to get a potty helmet for Reed...he keeps telling me to go, when he "goes" and I worry about him falling off!
I've often been asked why my blog is named, "Glory Laine". My middle name is Laine and it suggests to me quant path, and paths remind me of a journey and I blog to record my personal journey. Then I wanted something spiritual to show that I am on this journey with God's help. I debated between mercy and glory. Mercy lane sounded like a nursing home where people go to die, so Glory Laine it is.

This photo is priceless! I remember when our Scott was little (he's 27 now!), he used to love to have big, long chats while taking care of business.
