Things that are hard to do with kids

Sail the Pacific.
Loved this dinner cruise we took. We meet great people from all over the world. Our favorite was Aric and Lucie from London. Hollar!

Go on a forbidden hike.
After a visiting a popular tourist attraction at Iao Valley state park we saw a slightly warn foot trail leading to a unknown tempting mystery. The sign clearly said that we were not welcome but we helped ourselves to some adventure. We hiked up for thirty minuets or so and saw lush plants, waterfalls, and a pristine lagoon. Matt even took a swim. We are dangerous, dangerous criminals!

Dress for dinner at a waterfront seafood restaurant.
Matt made reservations at six so we could watch the sunset at seven. Food was plate-licking-good and the view was well.....see for yourself.

Bath in the sun.
Let your mind get lost in a novel and only get up to go down the water slide to cool off.

One quick question. Why in the world are you blogging when you are in Hawaii?

YOU LOOK HOT, LADY!!

I totally figured out who you look like/who looks like you. You look like the actress from the Notebook. I can't remember her name, but you have the same smile and dimples. It drove me crazy the entire movie because I couldn't figure out what she'd been in before. It was me being reminded of you.

So glad I figured that out.

You look great. Jen

I'm sitting here reading at the computer and spooning up babyfood for one kiddo, and allowing another kiddo to sit on my shoulders. But it's all a little better looking at pictures of you in Hawaii.

Thanks for the mini-vacation!

Do you want to know what I am most jealous of? No, not the fact that I am sitting here in my kitchen with dirty dishes piled in the sink, and two hour-old scrambled eggs sitting on the stovetop, and Olivia has taken all the laundry off the couch and thrown it on the living room floor, while I sit here and look at breathtaking pictures of you all gussied up for a sunset dinner with your hubby. I am not even jealous of the beautiful hike into paradise, or the lovely dinner cruise. I am SO jealous of the fact you are able to post a picture of yourself in a bikini!!! As Elaine on Seinfeld would say, "Get Out!" You are way too hot to have 3 kids under 4. I have 3 kids and I DO NOT look like that! That picture was like the final insult! You are ruthless in your gloating!

In all seriousness, I love the pictures, and am so glad God is blessing you with a wonderful time together! Enjoy every second, it's raining back at home right now!

You're HOT!!!! I bet you don't even need to turn on the jets when you get in the hot tub, because your sizzlin' bod makes the water boil! And I bet Matt helps with the bubbles, too...in his own special way.

I'm glad you're posting while in Hawaii...for our benefit, to live vicariously through you, and for your benefit to capture these memories forever!

Can't wait for our next dinner to hear all (ALL) about it! : )
