- I've often been asked why my blog is named, "Glory Laine". My middle name is Laine and it suggests to me quant path, and paths remind me of a journey and I blog to record my personal journey. Then I wanted something spiritual to show that I am on this journey with God's help. I debated between mercy and glory. Mercy lane sounded like a nursing home where people go to die, so Glory Laine it is.

Looks like your bonus room is going to be HUGE! Building a house is so emotional... brings back a lot of memories!

Keep em coming - you'd think being the builder's wife I'd be more up on things...but between all of our busy schedules...I'll have to just wait for the updates like everyone else:).

I always thought I would never want to have a house built. I would get lost in picking this color of paint, that type of flooring, counter tops, etc. I wonder if you find that fun? Or maybe Matt does. Whatever, before you know it the house will be done and you will start your wonders of making it a home!
